The precision inspection and acceptance of CNC machining center machine tools usually use high-precision inspection instruments to test the comprehensive performance and individual performance of each part of the CNC machine tool and the whole machine. If necessary, the machine tool needs to be tested for stiffness and thermal deformation. The comprehensive evaluation of the machine tool, this kind of acceptance work is usually applied to the prototype test of the new machine tool and the acceptance of the imported equipment. It is usually expensive. For the general CNC machine users, the acceptance work is relatively simple, usually according to the machine tool certificate. The technical indicators and the actual testing methods provided are tested in part or in full.
Second, CNC machining center machine tool geometric accuracy acceptance
The accuracy of the CNC machine tool is its static precision. It can comprehensively reflect the position error between the critical parts of the machine tool and the shape error of the assembled basic components. Before the geometric accuracy acceptance, the machine tool should be pre-standardized according to the standard. The heat is run for a period of time and is carried out when the various parts of the machine tool reach the thermal balance. The content and the square of the geometrical accuracy test of the CNC machine tool are not similar to those of the ordinary machine tool. The difference is that the error of geometric accuracy is more strict.
The main items of the geometric accuracy test of the ordinary vertical machining center are: the flatness of the work surface, the mutual perpendicularity of the movement of each coordinate direction, the parallelism of the work surface when the X, Y coordinate direction moves, and the T-shaped groove of the work surface when the X direction moves. The parallelism of the side, the axial yaw of the spindle, the radial runout of the spindle hole, the parallelism of the spindle axis when the spindle box moves in the Z coordinate direction, and the straightness of the spindle box moving in the Z coordinate direction.
It should be noted that the CNC machining center machine tool inspection commonly used measurement level, flat ruler, square ruler, 90 angle, inspection rod, measurement instrument and optical instrument accuracy must be one level higher than the measured geometric accuracy. If it is a newly purchased measuring instrument or the measuring instrument has been used for a long time, it must be calibrated before it can be used, otherwise the measurement result is not credible.

The standard for geometric accuracy inspection of vertical machining centers can be carried out according to the standard of JB/T8771.2-1998, or according to the geometric accuracy inspection items of the machine tool. The inspection of the geometrical accuracy of the CNC machining center must be completed once after the fine adjustment of the machine. It is not allowed to adjust one inspection item, because some items of geometric precision are related to each other, and also need to pay attention to the error caused by the measurement method and measurement tool.
